One kind shows the constellations as a fixed pattern, hung for its look. Northern Constellations charts the northern sky from Ursa Major to Cassiopeia, and Zodiac Constellations rings the twelve zodiac figures, both in gold line on midnight blue in the style of an 18th-century star atlas. Each zodiac sign is also a print of its own, from Aries to Pisces.

The other kind charts the real sky over one place on one night. That's the personalised star map: give it a place, a date and a time, check the free preview, and it charts every naked-eye star above that horizon at that minute.
A constellation pattern is a group of stars joined into a figure, such as the Plough or Orion. Officially the sky is split into 88 constellations covering the whole sky. The atlas plates here show the northern sky and the twelve zodiac figures, styled after an old atlas.

How can I turn a picture into a constellation?
Use the Constellation Lines style in Cosmic Canvas: upload a photo and it's redrawn as fine glowing lines joining small stars on a night sky. The line drawing comes back as a free preview with a watermark on it. Payment comes after that, and printing only after you approve it. For a chart of the real sky, use the star map instead.
What is the difference between a constellation print and a star map?
A constellation print, like the atlas plates here, shows the constellations as a standing pattern. A star map charts the real sky for the place, date and time you choose, so it changes with the night. The atlas plates are decorative. They aren't a chart of a real night.
What sizes and finishes do constellation prints come in?
As paper posters, the two atlas plates run from A4 to 70×100 cm: A4, A3, A2, then 50×70 and 70×100 cm. The paper is 250 gsm archival stock, off-white and uncoated. You can have the A3 or the A2 framed, with a black or natural wood frame. Stretched canvas goes from 30×40 up to 60×80 cm. Framed canvas comes at three sizes (30×40, 40×50, 50×70 cm), framed in natural wood, dark wood or black. Metal runs from 30×40 to 50×70 cm, and wood is made at 30×40 or 40×50 cm. Off the wall, the atlas plates come on a 500ml bottle or an 11oz mug. The star map isn't made on a mug. Each single zodiac figure has its own page showing what it comes in.
How long does delivery take?
Give it 4 to 9 working days between ordering and the parcel reaching you. Printing uses 2 to 4 of those working days and the journey 2 to 5. UK delivery costs nothing extra.
