Terms of sale
The basics
Aphelion Prints sells made-to-order art prints. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT and delivery. A contract forms when payment completes at checkout; you'll receive a confirmation with an order reference.
Your uploads
You must own, or have permission to use, any photo you upload. Don't upload images that are unlawful, infringe someone else's rights, or depict private individuals without their consent. You keep all rights to your photos; you grant us only the licence needed to produce your preview and print. We may refuse to print content that breaks these rules, with a full refund.
AI artwork
Cosmic Canvas artworks are AI-generated from your photo and your chosen style. The final print is re-rendered at higher resolution than the preview and may differ in small details. The style and composition will match the preview.
Cancellations & returns
See delivery & returns. Personalised items are exempt from change-of-mind cancellation once production starts; faulty or damaged orders are always reprinted or refunded.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
