How much does a print cost?
Every size and format shows its price on the product page before you add it, and every price includes free UK delivery. The preview of your own photo is free.
How long does delivery take?
Each print is made to order: production takes 2–4 working days, then delivery 2–5 working days depending on where you are. Allow 4 to 9 working days from order to doorstep.
Do prices include shipping?
Yes. The price on the page is the price at checkout: free UK delivery included.
Your photo as art
What is Cosmic Canvas exactly?
You upload a photo, pick an art style, and our AI engine turns it into art in that style. Verify your email for three successful previews per day on this website. Each is watermarked and saved for 30 days. When you order, we use the exact selected artwork without the watermark, at an eligible print size or as a digital download.
Will my printed Cosmic Canvas look like the preview?
Yes. We use the exact artwork you select, without the watermark. Your chosen product may crop the edges as shown in its preview; a digital download contains the complete artwork.
Why is a size blocked when I upload my photo?
We measure your photo's pixels against each print size. Below 140 dpi a print looks soft, so we don't sell it. A 12-megapixel phone photo comfortably covers A3 and usually A2.
What do you do with my uploaded photos?
Uploads are used to produce your preview and your purchased artwork. Saved previews are available for 30 days from creation. Automatic deletion of uploaded photos and preview artwork is temporarily paused while we improve checks that protect files needed for unresolved orders or disputes. Photos and preview artwork remain stored during the pause. Purchased print files are kept for fulfilment and reprints without an automatic deletion period. Paper and printing
What paper and inks do you use?
One paper, whatever size you pick: 250 gsm uncoated off-white archival stock, printed with pigment inks. Canvas is stretched over FSC-certified wooden bars, and frames are wood with a plexiglass front.
Returns and problems
Can I return a print?
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, please email hello@aphelion-prints.com promptly with your order reference and a photo of the issue if possible. We will provide the remedy you are entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 at no cost to you. Reporting an issue after 30 days, or being unable to supply a photo, does not by itself remove your statutory rights. We can't accept change-of-mind returns on personalised items (star maps, Moon prints and your own photo), in line with UK consumer law. Catalogue prints are different: you can cancel up to 14 days after the day you receive one, return it at your own cost, and we refund the price including standard delivery. See our terms, clause 10.
