Delivery
Every print is made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 working days and delivery adds 2 to 5, so standard delivery takes 4 to 9 working days in all. Standard delivery is included in every price, and we deliver to UK addresses only.
Priority delivery costs £4.99 and takes 3 to 6 working days. You choose it at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships, and you can check progress any time at order tracking.
Returns and change of mind
Star maps, Moon prints and anything made from your photo are personalised: each is made to your specification, from the place, date or picture you give us. So the usual 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply once production starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). Please check your preview before you pay.
Catalogue prints (our own artworks, with nothing added by you) are not personalised, so you can change your mind: cancel any time up to 14 days after the day you receive your print by emailing hello@aphelion-prints.com with your order reference. Send it back within 14 days of telling us, at your own cost, and we refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting it back or of proof of posting. Full details are in our terms, clause 10.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, please email hello@aphelion-prints.com promptly with your order reference and a photo of the issue if possible. We will provide the remedy you are entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not limited to the first 30 days, and deleting an artwork file does not remove them. See our terms for details.

Digital downloads
A digital file is emailed to you as soon as your payment clears, so nothing is posted. Before you pay, the basket asks you to agree to that and to confirm you understand that once the file is sent you lose the 14-day right to cancel the download. We repeat this in your order confirmation email. If a file is faulty or not as described, email hello@aphelion-prints.com: your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. Full details are in our terms, clause 10.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
